Making real chocolate powder

If you don’t want to prepare 10 mugs of hot chocolate when you prepare your DIY Chocolate Kit, you can pour the remaining chocolate onto a tray with a baking paper and let the chocolate solidify. When the chocolate is completely set you can shred it in the blender and keep it in a closed jar. When you want to make hot chocolate again, put a generous spoonful of your powdered chocolate in a mug and continue the preparation from step 3.

Powdered real chocolate

Vegan hot chocolate

Replace the milk chocolate with vegan milk chocolate, and the milk with plant-based milk of your choice.

Sugar-free hot chocolate

Replace the milk chocolate with sugar free milk chocolate.

Hot chocolate pro tip

Try to add some of your favorite spices to the hot chocolate.

Cinnamon is a best seller, and the brave ones can try ground hot chili pepper.
